Our private investor-funded loan program is non-recourse and offers flexible, more favorable guidelines concerning credit, collateral, and personal guarantee conditions. Metro CCG offers interest-only repayment schedules of up to 10 years and fully amortized loan repayment schedules of up to 35 years max.

Private investors fund our loans instead of banks. Therefore, our rates do not compare to those offered by commercial banks. However, because private investors fund our loans, we can be more flexible regarding credit, down payment, time and business operation, loan-to-cost ratio (LTC), loan-to-value ratio (LTV), and personal guarantee requirements.
